Kodachrome State Park is just East of Bryce Canyon while on the western edge of the Grand Staircase. Aside from all the wonderful views and hiking trails within Kodachrome - literally outside your cabin door - there are wonderful Day Trips all over the Grand Staircase - just minutes away!
Our Cabins are the only rental cabins/rooms within Kodachrome State Park. There is a wonderful RV Park and Tent Camping area near our cabins - but we are the only actual cabins.
Our General Store provides some great provissions for
those forgotten items, as well as wonderful treats either before or
after hiking within our great State Park. We have breakfast items, snacks,
chips, ice cream as well as helpful information for the area.
Many visitors to Bryce Canyon National Park and the Grand Staircase prefer our more economical cabins and our clear bright star gazing nights. We keep our outside lights at a minimum for those great star gazing nights. This entire area of southern Utah is famous for beautiful star gazing.
Since we are located within the park, many of the hiking trails are just a short hike from your cabin doorway. Plus, the views from our location itself of the various hoodoos and spires within the park are just beautiful.
We are proud of our location within the Kodachrome State Park and its close proximity to Bryce Canyon, the Grand Staircase and all the other wonderful treasures of Southern Utah.
